Committees
Committees are a great way to contribute while developing relationships with those who share common interests. Even if you choose not to serve on a committee, we encourage you to become familiar with the activities of the committees and how they can benefit your business both directly and indirectly. Chamber Partnership is required for committee service eligibility.
EDUCATE
The Educate Committee is dedicated to fostering leadership and professional development throughout our community. This committee oversees all educational programming for the Chamber, including Leadership Ready, Leadership Randolph, and our Smart Seminar Series. By equipping individuals with the skills, knowledge, and connections they need to succeed, the Educate Committee plays a vital role in shaping the future of Elkins-Randolph County’s workforce and civic leadership.

ADVOCATE
The Advocate Committee focuses on strengthening the voice of the business community through government relations, economic development, and civic engagement. This committee plays an active role in planning and supporting initiatives such as the annual Job Fair, Community Conversations, and other programs that address local workforce and development needs. By fostering collaboration between businesses, government, and community leaders, the Advocate Committee ensures Elkins-Randolph County continues to grow, thrive, and be heard.
Meets the 1st Thursday of each month at the Chamber office at 8:30 AM.
NETWORK
The Network Committee plans and promotes the Chamber’s signature events that bring our community together and strengthen local connections. From the Annual Awards Dinner, Christmas Parade, and Denim & Diamonds, to the Golf Tournament and Girl’s Night Out, this committee is the driving force behind events that enhance both the social and economic vitality of Randolph County. In addition to event planning, the committee actively seeks sponsorships, encourages participation, and supports marketing efforts that foster meaningful business relationships and community engagement..
Meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Chamber office at 3:30 PM .
