Programs & Education

The Elkins-Randolph County Chamber of Commerce offers many programs and educational opportunities for both businesses and the broader Randolph County community. These programs offer and promote economic empowerment, workforce development, community engagement, networking opportunities, youth development and retention. The Chamber strives to improve quality of life for a stronger, more impactful Randolph County and its businesses through our programs and educational offerings.

Opportunities we offer include:

Leadership Randolph

Leadership Randolph is an educational program that seeks to develop and prepare leaders to move Randolph County forward through nine monthly sessions covering a variety of topics facilitated by Chamber ambassadors, business leaders, and community members. Sessions include presentations, panel discussions, small group experiences, and most importantly, field trips to various businesses and organizations throughout Randolph County.

Leadership Ready

In partnership with Randolph County CLIMB, the Elkins-Randolph County Chamber of Commerce offers Leadership Ready, a new educational program for rising high school sophomores and juniors every June. Students will connect with local business and industry leaders to explore employment and educational opportunities in Randolph County.

Rise & Shine

Join us every third Wednesday for Rise & Shine, our monthly morning meet-up. These casual, informative gatherings include coffee, conversation, and connection.

Smart Seminars

Hosted by the Chamber, Smart Seminars are designed to equip local businesses, leaders, non-profits, and professionals with practical knowledge and actionable tools. Tailored to the unique needs of the Randolph County community, each seminar will focus on relevant topics such as digital marketing, financial literacy, leadership skills, and more.

Community Conversations

Community Conversations are in-person forums where residents, leaders, and Randolph County stakeholders come together to share, listen to diverse perspectives, and strengthen community connections. This public series encourages collaborative dialogue on key issues, emerging opportunities, and shared goals for a stronger community.

Business Made Social

Join us for Business Made Social, an in-person after-hours networking series that brings together Chamber members, partners, and the community for an opportunity to build lasting connections and collaborations.
