Leadership Randolph

The Elkins-Randolph County Chamber is proud to announce the inaugural class of Leadership Randolph.  This initiative seeks to “develop and prepare leaders to move Randolph County forward.”  The members of the Class of 2023 will begin with an orientation on August 29, 2022.  The once-a-month sessions will begin in September and conclude in June of next year.

The Chamber is grateful to the sponsors of Leadership Randolph that includes the City of Elkins, Citizens Bank of WV, Davis Trust Co., Mountaineer Insurance, the Randolph County Development Authority, Common Door, Davis & Elkins College, Davis Health System, Vandevander and Nypl CPAs, the Randolph County Housing Authority, and Woodlands Development & Lending.

Topics for the nine monthly sessions are Tourism, Economic Development, Housing, Healthcare, Education & Youth, Workforce & Hardwood Manufacturing, Government, Nonprofits & Volunteerism, and Agriculture.  The program will conclude with a dinner and completion ceremony.

Leadership Randolph is managed by graduates of Leadership West Virginia residing in Randolph County and the Elkins-Randolph County Chamber.  These “ambassadors” worked during the spring of 2022 to create the program’s mission and curriculum.  They were also given the daunting task of overseeing the class selection process.  There were a large number of applicants, and the group is pleased to announce the final twelve members of the Leadership Randolph Class of 2023:

  • Heidi Bray, Carte-Hall Professional LLC
  • Erin Brown, Agency LMC
  • Adriana Channell, Davis Trust Company
