Leadership Randolph is a signature leadership development program designed to prepare current and emerging leaders to help move Randolph County forward. The program consists of nine monthly sessions that explore key topics impacting our community, led by Chamber ambassadors, business professionals, and community leaders. Participants engage through interactive presentations, panel discussions, small-group experiences, and immersive field visits to businesses and organizations throughout Randolph County. Leadership Randolph builds understanding, connection, and confidence—equipping participants to lead with insight and purpose in our community.
Leadership Randolph Graduates Class of 2026
ELKINS, WV – The Elkins-Randolph County Chamber is pleased to congratulate the 2026 graduates of Leadership Randolph. This is the fourth class to complete the program since it began in the fall of 2022. The Chamber’s vision for Leadership Randolph is “developing and preparing leaders to move Randolph County Forward. This class brings the total number of Leadership Randolph graduates to sixty.
This year’s class had sessions on Economic Development, Agriculture, Tourism, Healthcare, Education, Social Services & Housing, Government, and Wood Manufacturing. Following their final session on May 21, the graduates gathered with friends, family, co-workers, program facilitators, and sponsors at Graceland Inn & Restaurant on the campus of Davis & Elkins College. The class elected Catherine Ritchie Sening as their representative to speak on their behalf at the graduation dinner.
In addition, the 2026 Leadership Randolph Class choose as their service project to become a Founding 150 partner with Interact Children’s Museum. They are challenging the past three classes to consider following them in that endeavor.
