Chamber members and their guests are invited to gather informally for refreshments and network-based conversation regarding area commerce and economic growth.
After Hours events are a reception hosted by a Chamber member. They are normally held on the third Thursday of most months from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Appetizers and drinks will be provided by the host as attendees mingle and network with other community business professionals from Randolph County.
These events usually attract an average of 25+ attendees, including members and guests. Through opportunities like these events, the Elkins-Randolph County Chamber is constantly striving to make Randolph County a better place to live, work, and do business. You won’t want to miss out on these great evenings of fun and networking!

ANNUAL DINNER & AWARDS
The community event of the year is the Elkins-Randolph County Chamber’s Annual Dinner & Awards. This event highlights the success of the Chamber and economic development. Celebrate the vision for the future and spend the evening with some of the most respected business leaders in Randolph County. This is the Chamber’s largest networking and social event of the year!
Prior to the event, the Chamber asks for nominations for the various awards that will be presented at the event. The awards are to recognize outstanding Chamber members and Randolph County area leaders who made an impact in the community.

CHRISTMAS PARADE & SANTA VISITS
The Chamber Christmas Parade is held in downtown Elkins in early December. Following the Christmas Parade, there are family activities and a chance to meet Santa Claus at the Elkins YMCA.

Discover the Possibilities with Chamber networking meetings are designed specifically for the professional who would like to expand their network of business contacts, generate new business leads, and learn the most effective strategies for networking. Each attendee will have the opportunity to introduce themselves to the group, share a little about their business, and gain valuable information from a monthly speaker.

FOURTH OF JULY FESTIVITIES
Get ready to place your blanket or your lawn chair at the Davis & Elkins amphitheater for a memorable summer evening of music and fireworks! A local musician will begin to entertain the community from 8PM until dusk. The annual fireworks display will take place immediately following.

The Legislative Luncheons bring together legislators and our most active business leaders and citizens within the area. Typically held in early January and April. These events create dialogue opportunities and focus on issues that promote a positive, pro-active business environment. By providing this opportunity, we create a connection between the Chamber and its local, state, and federal government representatives.

QUARTERLY CHAMBER MEETINGS
The Chamber invites a guest speaker to address the Chamber membership on a wide variety of timely topics from local, regional, statewide, national, and global interest. These well attended luncheon meetings are typically held quarterly, beginning with a very active networking reception, followed by a buffet lunch.

PATHWAY TO LEADERSHIP
Effective leadership is fundamental to success. This is a dynamic seminar with four modules that will teach you valuable skills for your success. Each session will have networking and leadership exercises to help you develop both personally and professionally. Turn theory into practice, create opportunities, and make connections that will last far beyond this seminar.

RANDOLPH COUNTY DAY
Randolph County Day is an opportunity for area businesses and Chamber members to travel to the state capitol to participate in the legislative process, advocate for issues important to the Randolph County business community, and most importantly, feature why Randolph County is a quality destination to live, work, and play.
Those willing to be part of Randolph County Day are invited to set up exhibits featuring their business or organization or just attend as an individual to network, become educated on the process, or simply meet with local and state officials.

WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Designed to have a full day of networking, education, and inspiration created to inspire and energize women in the business community. This one-day conference will feature a Keynote Speaker and provide an opportunity for women to connect, discuss, and be empowered.
